Hydrate in Style

I’ve talked about Water! before and it’s worth talking about over and over. Water helps with so many things, but here’s a few highlights.  Also, hydrating in style is an added bonus.  I love by Bamboo Straws so much, an all natural alternative to plastic (plastic that ends up in our waters)!  So, bottoms up and replace those plastic straws.

Did you know the first things that touches your lips 👄 in the morning is what you typically crave more of? Is it Sugar, 🍭 coffee, ☕️energy drinks, 🍰 carbs ??? Let’s make it water!  Something that has helped me and many of my clients is drinking 16 oz of water before having anything else. You will find that you will drink a lot more water each day and feel AMAZING. 💦 It is a great way to start your day.
