Mango Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango cubes (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup raw old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I also like to use coconut milk too. It makes it a little richer and creamier.
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Honey or Agave to taste

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender.  Enjoy.
