Ingredients:
- 1 cup mango cubes (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup raw old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I also like to use coconut milk too. It makes it a little richer and creamier.
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Honey or Agave to taste
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Enjoy.
